BANANA CAKE

Ingredients:

2 large banana

2 eggs

50 gram butter

1/2 cup flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 sugar

1\2 tsp salt

1 tbsp vanilla

1tbsp baking powder

PROCEDURE

combine dry ingredients(flour, sugar,baking soda,baking powder and salt)

mashed the bananas in separate bowl

and mixed with vanilla

and put 2 pcs. of eggs

combine both ingredients dry and wet

brush the pan with butter

preheat oven

put in oven for 30 mins

Just stick a toothpick into the center of the cake. If there is wet batter still on the toothpick, it needs more time in the oven. If it comes out clean, your cake is done!
